I’m so excited to share the first piece completed in my new studio!
Mother, Interrupted.
A data weaving documenting the number of times I was interrupted by my one year old son. Each knot represents a moment I stepped away from the loom to tend to his needs.
This was ideated & prototyped in 2020. Woven over two months in several 20-40 minute sessions. The whole process was carefully documented in photos, videos, and podcast chats with my supporters over on Patreon.
